Your university path, step by step
A 12 to 18-month process designed to turn uncertainty into direction. For many families, the US college process seems complex. The reality is different: when there is structure, the path starts to make sense.

PHASE 1 · MONTH 1-2
Discovery Program (assessment)
Before talking about opportunities, we first understand your profile.
The Discovery Program is the assessment as a starting point: analyzing the student-athlete in an integral way to understand where they are today and what real possibilities they can build.
FROZ Scouting Report
- Position and competitive context.
- Observed strengths.
- Relevant technical and physical aspects.
- Adaptation and projection capacity.
Technical-tactical analysis
- Decision-making, tactical reading, competitive intensity, positional profile, behavior within team play.
Academic fit
- GPA or academic average, current English level, school history, possible pending requirements.
PHASE 2 · MONTH 2-4
Audiovisual production (showreel)
Your video must not only look good. It must clearly communicate who you are as an athlete. In the college process, the showreel often becomes the first contact between athlete and coach.
What we aim to show
- Decision-making, game reading, competitive intensity, positional profile, off-the-ball behavior, repeatable actions.
Professional showreel editing
- Clear player identification.
- Clips ordered by context and position.
- Functional duration for college coaches.
- Clean and professional structure.
Ideal length
- 3 to 5 minutes. Dynamic and easy to interpret. Without excessive effects.
Important tips
- Less effects, more clarity.
- Include complete actions, not only the final shot.
- Video quality matters: good visibility and player tracking.
- Don't try to look like another player. Effectively present your reality.
PHASE 3 · MONTH 4-6
Positioning
The goal isn't to share your profile aimlessly. It's to send it to the right places.
Strategic outreach to coaches
- Universities aligned with competitive level, academic profile, family budget, goals.
Professional coach outreach
- Athlete presentation, scouting report and showreel delivery, academic information, initial follow-up.
Video calls and conversations agenda
- Calls with coaches, virtual meetings, scholarship conversations, college program explanation.
Continuous follow-up
- Maintain active communication, respond to requirements, update information, sustain visibility.
PHASE 4 · MONTH 9-12
Negotiation and Decision-Making
Not all the right opportunities are the same. And not all offers mean the same thing.
Comparing opportunities
- Competitive level, scholarship amount and type, estimated final cost, academic quality, playing chances, location.
Interpreting offers
- Athletic aid, academic aid, housing, meal plans, institutional grants.
Strategic decision-making
- The best university isn't always the most famous. It's where the athlete can compete, develop, adapt and sustain their process.
PHASE 5 · MONTH 12-15
Admission and Eligibility
Here the process stops being a possibility… and starts becoming a reality.
NCAA Eligibility Center
- For NCAA, mandatory registration. They validate academic history, amateur eligibility, NCAA requirements.
Official tests
- TOEFL, Duolingo, SAT/ACT (in some cases), official sending of transcripts and academic record.
University enrollment
- Formal applications, document upload, immunization records, housing application, institutional deposits.
F-1 visa process
- I-20 form issued by the university. SEVIS Fee, DS-160, consular interview, financial and academic documents.
PHASE 6 · MONTH 15-18
Arrival on campus
The process doesn't end when the student-athlete arrives on campus. That's where a new stage begins.
Onboarding support
- University processes, cultural adaptation, academic organization, athletic integration.
Orientation
- Arrival on campus, housing processes, integration into the university environment, academic and athletic dynamics.
Adapting to the college system
- Daily training, balance between classes and sport, international coexistence, personal independence.
The process doesn't end here. Here your college stage begins.
