STANDARD PROGRAM

Designed for student-athletes seeking balance between competition, education and international projection.

Not all university paths require being a sports superstar from day one. Many of the most successful processes are built through consistent, disciplined athletes with a growth vision.

Who it's for

For student-athletes who:

Want to keep playing soccer at university level.

Understand the importance of the academic component.

Want to grow on and off the field.

Are looking for an accessible, well-structured path.

Ideal player profile

The Standard Program does not look for the perfect player. It looks for the right player for the right system. If you understand this, you are already one step ahead.

Age and process timing

  • Between 15 and 19 years old (also graduated student-athletes seeking transfer).
  • In formation, last year of school or recently graduated.
  • Availability to start the process with planning time.

What we evaluate: where you are today and what real space exists for you within the system.

Athletic level

  • Regular participation in clubs, academies or developmental categories.
  • Competitive continuity in local or regional leagues.
  • Game understanding, commitment and learning ability.

What we look for: consistency, not spectacle. Successful processes are built on reliable athletes.

Academic profile

  • Functional academic average (suggested GPA from 2.5).
  • Willingness to meet university requirements (transcripts, English exams).
  • Preparation or intention to take TOEFL, Duolingo English Test or IELTS.

Key: in NAIA, D3 and NJCAA the academic component weighs as much as the athletic one.

Mindset and commitment

  • Consistency in training and study.
  • Openness to a cultural change and international adaptation.
  • Willingness to follow a structured process and make informed decisions.

What defines the result: your attitude during the next 12-18 months.

Aspirations

  • Combine college soccer with real academic development.
  • Build a sustainable college stage (athletic, academic and financial).
  • Be willing to evaluate different divisions according to the right fit.

What matters: that your expectations are aligned with your current profile.
